FUTURED AND THE MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA FE, ARGENTINA, HAVE SIGNED A COOPERATION AGREEMENT

London, 4 March 2024 - At the City Hall of Santa Fe, capital of the Argentine province of Santa Fe, an international cooperation agreement was signed regarding education, productive development, and vocational training.

The meeting was led by the Director of FuturED, Juan F. Dávila y Verdin, accompanied by Gonzalo Pereyra de Olazabal and Diego Vergara. It was also attended by members of the Santa Fe City Council, the Mayor Juan Pablo Poletti, the Secretary of Production, María del Rosario Alemán, and the Undersecretary of the Region, Fernanda Melero.

This signature commits both parties to collaborate for the benefit of the city in educational matters through programmes and courses developed by FuturED, focused on professional training in specific government areas such as Production, Education, Culture, Tourism, among others.

The commitment also extends to the promotion of local entrepreneurship, the development of specific training paths in the field of marketing and the promotion of the capital's enormous assets to the rest of the world.

The Mayor personally congratulated our organisation and praised its efforts to be "a fundamental tool for our government". “We are going to work on several aspects and I appreciate the interest in thinking about our city, and of course the commitment of our areas to achieve the goals," said Poletti.

In addition, the director of FuturED told the Mayor about the possibility to provide one thousand free scholarships to be used in the administrations included in the agreement, as well as the corresponding follow-up with the designation of coordinators.
