Monte Carlo, 08 July 2022. – This summer, an article about our educative platform, FuturED, had been featured in “LIVING IN MONACO”, the Monaco Residents´ Magazine. The title of the article is “Did you know that the first online educational platform dedicated to sustainability was designed and incubated in Monaco?”
The article focuses on the beginnings and development of FuturED, originally conceived as an academic project, during the two-years’ MBA experience of our founder, Juan Dávila y Verdin, at the International University of Monaco, when he started to dedicate his efforts to investigate, analyse and develop a sensitive initiative that can contribute to improve the situation in some countries, especially in the Spanish-speaking countries.
Juan´s initiative assures a new pedagogical approach to education, developing content to support professionals, scientific, academics, teachers, parents, and institutions.
In 2021, Dávila y Verdin was invited to travel to Glasgow to participate at the COP26, the United Nations Conference on Climate Change, where he not only presented FuturED to the public but also represented the International University of Monaco.
More recently, in March 2022, FuturED was presented in the panel “Innovation Technologies for Community Environmental Awareness Raising”, organised by the Centre Scientifique de Monaco and Fundación MERI from Chile, as a part of the Monaco Ocean Week.
Meanwhile, “LIVING IN MONACO” is an exclusive magazine for the residents of the Principality of Monaco with a decade of local experience.
