Unit II:
Generational paradigms and globalization.
Objective:
Analyze the management of the different generations of talents in a globalized context where the challenge is focused in understanding the organizational competitiveness and improving the existing resources.
Result:
Identify which are the motivations and expectations of the different generations in the work area. Also which working tools are suitable to each generation. Everything with the aim of keeping the competitiveness of the business.
