AMLA is an association based in the Principality of Monaco, made up of people of different Latin American nationalities, with the initiative of sharing their customs and traditions with the Principality of Monaco, interacting and collaborating in turn with the different entities that work for the Latin American countries. The Principality of Monaco highlights its interest in international culture, promoting the cultural growth of the new generations that inhabit and visit the Principality, training them in its dance, theater and music schools, emphasizing maintaining the cultural legacy of their country. From this example the AMLA initiative was born to make Latin American culture known in the Principality of Monaco, with a view to becoming a point of reference between the Principality and the member countries of Latin America, to develop synergies between the two through exchange. sociocultural.

Monaco-resident Marcela de Kern Royer combines a passion for yachting with a strong international academic background, with past experience in asset management including superyachts, she has gained excellent exposure to all facets of the industry, starting as a supplier and having experience in new build, refit, brokerage, and yacht management. Author of the first textbook ever written about The Superyacht Industry, program director of the Yachting Masterclass at the Yacht Club de Monaco. She obtained an MBA from Hult Business School in Boston, USA and a BSBA degree from the International University of Monaco. Marcela has lived, studied and work around the world including Monaco, Boston, Miami, London, Dubai, Guatemala and France. Being a true citizen of the world, she speaks fluently six languages.
