He started his career in the world of technology where he led teams on several continents and guided them to improve their performance, immersing himself in topics such as productivity, neuroscience, psychology, optimal breathing, nutrition, cloud technologies and many more. He created the platform “Optimising Me” and a podcast with the same name, where he regularly has conversations with leaders from different industries and areas of human development to extract what the audience can use for their own benefit. Currently, JJ is a Human Optimisation Strategist for entrepreneurs, presidents, directors, and managers of major companies in LATAM, USA, and Europe.
