Enrique TOPO Rodriguez has several distinctions in Rugby Union, as well as in Public and Cultural Diplomacy. He has studies in psychology, books and articles published on this subject. 50 years in Rugby at the highest level, representing Argentina, Tahiti and Australia (42 test caps.). He has been a player, coach and author. He has more than 30 years of personal experiences in the field of Mental Health and Mental Illness. He has developed business and activities around Multilateral Diplomacy Activities (Oceania, Latin America and Europe). In recent years he has dedicated himself to being a Founder and philanthropic director in the areas of injury prevention and health preservation in athletes.
